The hunter arranges this exciting truffle hunt, with his loyal dogs, customized for truffle lovers from abroad. Choose our Truffle Tour and we will give you memories to last a lifetime…
The expert hunter will give you a taste of Italy and take you step by step on the entire truffle-hunting journey, from digging up and processing to use it in recipes. Concluding this experience with brake bread at his table for a delicious meal prepared with the precious truffle.

The trip is based of minimum 8 travelers.
The Organizer and its vendors reserve the right to cancel the group tour, in cases where the necessary minimum number of participants, as here above specified, has not been reached. Final confirmation or cancellation will be notified in writing within 60 (sixty) days of the departure date.

The trip is self-drive tour. Prices are shown in EURO, assume itinerary is purchased "as is" and are based on double occupancy.

Day 1 : Brindisi arrival
Afternoon arrival at Brindisi airport. You will be picked up by your private driver and taken to your farmhouse, where you will check in.
Welcome dinner.
Overnight.
Day 2: Truffle hunting / Otranto
Breakfast. Meet the hunter and his dogs, then transfer to the near oak wood where you will hunt the famous tuber.
After a 2 hours hunting, having found the desidered truffles, move to the hunter country house: you will enjoy a delicious meal based on truffles and local recipes.
Free afternoon for the visit of the close nice village of Otranto.
Back to Corigliano d’Otranto, for a dinner in farmhouse, and overnight.
Day 3: Lecce / Departure
Breakfast and check out from the farmhouse.
Transfer to Lecce, for a guided visit to the well known "Florence of the South" and a rich ice-cream tasting. In the city center you will immediately notice the Baroque style of architecture, especially while visiting the Basilica di Santa Croce and the Duomo. Perhaps this is partially due to the type of stone found in Lecce, naturally very light and easily shaped into forms such as flowers, fruit or even the human body.
Lunch in local "trattoria", based on local recipes, and free time.
Evening departure.
Day 4: Cisternino / Ostuni / Manduria / Avetrana
Breakfast and transfer to Cisternino for a cheese making. Visit to the historical center and transfer to Ostuni for lunch.
In the early afternoon guided tour of Ostuni, one of the most beautiful villages in Puglia best known as "the White Town", situated in the midst of the green countryside and the blue sea. The historical center of the town is on a hillside, surrounded by small white washed houses overlooking the shore.
Move to Manduria for a visit to a winery and tasting and, at the end, transfer to an amusing farmhouse in Avetrana.
Dinner based on regional cuisine and overnight.
Day 5: Brindisi / Lecce
Breakfast and transfer to Brindisi, for a stroll through the historical centre. Brindisi was a port city grown during Roman times and became important again during the Crusades, which left from its port. Wine tasting in an amusing restaurant, owned by a boutique winemaker, and lunch.
Move to Lecce and free time for relax or shopping. Dinner in typical “trattoria”.
Overnight.
