1. Inclusions, exclusions, minimum group size, dates and prices:
The Organizer will put these informations on each published tour webpage.
2. Itinerary changes:
The Organizer will make every effort to keep to the advertised route, but itinerary specifics could be subject to change due to weather, holidays, special events and circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to alter the itinerary since tour arrangements are made up to a year in advance, and unforeseen circumstances that mandate change may arise. Itinerary changes are made to improve the tour and your experience. If, after the Organizer has accepted your booking, you wish to change the dates of your reservation or make any other amendments to the booking, an amendment fee of EUR 50,00 per person will be made to cover increased administrative costs.
3. Reservations and payment:
To reserve a space on the tour, a non-refundable per person deposit is required (25% of the quote). The balance of the total cost of the trip is required no later than 60 days before your departure. If the reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire cost of the trip must be paid at the time of reservation. If final payment is not received when due, the Organizer reserve the right to cancel trip and no refund will be made on deposit.
4. Cancellations:
Balance is requested 60 days before departure, ccancellation penalties are applied as following:
60 - 30 days prior to departure: 30% of trip price
29 - 15 days prior to departure: 40% of trip price
14 - 09 days prior to departure: 60% of trip price
08 - 02 days prior to departure: 80% of trip price
02 days prior to departure: 100% of trip price
Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies. To cancel your provision of service you must notify our office in writing, travel insurance is highly recommended. There is no refund for leaving a program early or arriving late. In case of tour cancellation by the Organizer, due to not reached necessary minimum number of participants, refund will be made on deposit.
5. Replacement:
If you cannot travel as planned, you have the right to send someone in your place, provided that the Organizer and its vendors are notified within 4 (four) days of the departure date. The Organizer and its vendors can object to the above replacement, if the replacement does not satisfy the requirements for participants, and in such case the cancellation conditions will apply. The original contract is not affected by replacement, but any resulting additional costs will be charged to the Client. The Organizer is not responsible for any possible non-acceptance of the above replacement by any other suppliers or agents, involved with the tour or the provision of services.
